Tax Forms & Assistance

Federal tax forms are available for distribution at the Library. 

The State of Oklahoma will no longer provide tax forms for distribution. You may visit the website, http://www.oktax.state.ok.us to download a form.

If you filed your tax return by mail last year, a form was mailed to you in January.  If you did not get a form by mail, and you need a paper form, you may pick one up at the Tax Commission office,  2501 North Lincoln Boulevard,  Oklahoma City.  The office is in the Connors Building and the hours are 7:30 -4:30.  If you are unable to get to Oklahoma City, you may telephone 521-3160 and select "0" for an operator.  You may then request a form.

 The Tax Commission strongly encourages you to file your tax form electronically. 

Free tax help will be available at Epworth United Methodist Church, 4th & Iowa, beginning January 29th.  Please call 224-6225 for details and to make an appointment.

Food for Fines

Library customers donated 21 boxes of food during the month of December.  Norma Hayes and her son Todd are shown picking up the boxes for the local food pantry.  Thanks to all who donated.
